PROFESSIONAL CUTTING AND PROCESSING

At our cutting centre, we use high-precision water jet and laser cutting. One we have cut the flat patterns, we shape and assemble them. We handle the machining, bending, rounding, welding and surface finishing of the cut parts.

SHEET METAL PROCESSED TO ORDER

When processing sheet metal to order, we provide professional technological advice as part of the service. We produce flat patterns and devise 3D models of parts and assemblies. We are skilled at preparing optimal design solutions to order. We deliver small-to-medium batches ranging from a few dozen to thousands of pieces. Our work includes the production of technology casing, which may take the form of boxes, frames and chassis for handling equipment, automated warehouses, single-purpose machines, production lines, etc.

PROCESSING OF STAINLESS-STEEL MATERIALS

We process stainless steel materials, especially sheet metal, which we cut, form, weld and assemble into products, including special surface treatment such as satin finishing. Our experienced staff see to your order all the way from start to finish.

PRECISION, QUALITY, DELIVERY TIMES

We place an emphasis on maximum precision and quality, with delivery on pre-agreed dates. We can make products in line with the technological procedure required by the customer or, alternatively, we are able to design the production technology ourselves.

DESIGN WORK

With so many years of experience of sheet metal processing behind us, we are skilled in comprehensive design work. We also assist in design work, the creation of flat patterns, and the computer modelling of parts and assemblies. We provide technological consulting. The value added we deliver mainly comes in the form of design optimised for manufacturability and the cost-effectiveness of the final product.
